Privacy Policy
Effective September 4, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information Lyniaca ("Lyniaca," "we," "us," or "our") collects through lyniaca.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to respond to you and understand how the Site is used.
2. Information we collect
When you use the Site, we may collect:
- Contact form information - name, email address, and anything else you include when you reach out through our contact or start-a-project forms
- Usage data - basic technical information like pages visited, browser type, and general location, which may be collected automatically if analytics are enabled on the Site
We don't ask for or knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as payment card numbers, government IDs, or health data) through the Site itself.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to messages sent through our contact and start-a-project forms
- Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it
- Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising or marketing you didn't ask for.
4. Third-party services
Our contact form is processed through FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, which forwards your submission to our email inbox. If we enable web analytics in the future, that provider (for example, Google Analytics) would process usage data under its own privacy policy. We only share the information necessary for these services to function and don't sell it to third parties.
5. Cookies
The Site does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.
6. Data retention
We keep messages sent through our forms for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain records of client communications, and delete or anonymize them when they're no longer needed.
7. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, or to delete it, by contacting us using the details below. We'll honor reasonable requests unless we're required to keep the information for legal or accounting reasons.
8. Children's privacy
The Site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted on this page, and we'll update the effective date above.
10. Contact
Questions about this Privacy Policy, or requests about your data, can be sent to [email protected] or by text or call at 1-216-704-5581.
