These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lyniaca website located at lyniaca.com (the "Site") and any services described on it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Lyniaca ("Lyniaca," "we," "us," or "our") is a software development studio based in Ohio, offering custom software development, maintenance, data and analytics work, and technical partnerships.

The Site is provided to give you information about our services, portfolio, and pricing, and to let you get in touch with us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or any account not belonging to you
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality or servers

Descriptions of services, timelines, and pricing on the Site are general and for informational purposes only. They are not an offer or a binding quote. Any actual development, maintenance, or partnership work is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work signed by both parties, which will control over anything stated on the Site in the event of a conflict.

Unless otherwise noted, the Site's design, text, graphics, and other content are owned by Lyniaca and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute the Site's content without our prior written consent.

Intellectual property rights in work delivered to a client under a project agreement are governed by that agreement, not by these Terms.

The Site may link to or use third-party services (for example, our contact form handler). We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites or services. Use of those services is subject to their own terms.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components, and we make no warranty about the accuracy or completeness of any information on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lyniaca is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us to access it (which for the informational Site is generally zero). This section doesn't limit liability arising from a separate signed project agreement, which is governed by its own terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted on this page, and we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
